Licensing Requirements
Texas State Law requires 180 hours of education to take the test and receive your license. The following courses are required courses that must be complete to satisfy the requirement.
| Real Estate Principle I & II | 60 Hours |
| Real Estate Law of Contracts | 30 Hours |
| Real Estate Law of Agency | 30 Hours |
| Real Estate Finance | 30 Hours |
| Real Estate Promulgated Contracts | 30 Hours |
| 180 Hours |
Before your 1st license renewal, you are required to have an additional 90 hours. Select any of these elective courses:

| Real Estate Investment | 30 Hours |
| Real Estate Appraisal | 30 Hours |
